🌷 Happy spring break to all my fellow HPSD folks! To everyone else, happy 76th winter! I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and that we’ll all enjoy the week ahead!

⏰ That time change sure did a number on me, I don’t know about y’all but it was a bit of a hard time recovering that lost hour of sleep last week! I ended up taking extra time to figure out my updated prices, so I’ll (finally) be sharing them below! I can really be a procrastinator sometimes… I know I had said I would post them in February, here we are, mid-March 😅

💵 My rates will be raising on June 1st, 2026, in time with celebrating 3 years as an RMT. I will print out a copy to display in the treatment room as well. Here are my updated rates:

🚙 As of right now, I am not equipped to do mobile massage, time wise with bus driving it just doesn’t work well, but once summer hits, I will be offering mobile as well. I have updated my pricing for mobile massage to include my one-time fee for setup, take down, and fuel. Here are the updated mobile massage rates, which will be implemented June 1st, 2026:

✨ Happy Saturday everyone! I know I’ve been MIA on here, when I get busy, I tend to just put my head done and get s**t done. But- WE ARE SO BACK!!

💍 Life update: I got engaged!! So the last couple weeks have been extra hectic but in a good way! Things are finally settling down as 2026 starts to chill out for me!

🏐 I also started volleyball before Christmas, so that changed my hours a little, I only offer one spot at 530pm for 75mins or less on Mondays and Wednesdays so I can enjoy some time on the court weekly! This has helped not only my physical health, but my mental health a lot! However, it means if you need those evening appointments, you do have to book it in advance! Set yourself up, like I do (terribly sometimes lol) in volleyball!

‼️ I am letting all my clients know well ahead of time, that in June I will be celebrating 3 years in business as an RMT! That comes with an increase in my prices, to meet the cost of living, as I have not increased my prices once since becoming an RMT! I will write up my pricing list and post it in February so there is ample time to adjust to my new prices!

🙋🏼‍♀️ raise your hand if you’ve ever been on a massage table and got bummed out when you heard those dreaded words “your hour is up”…. because ME TOO!

🥱 I know we’ve all been there, and I am pleased to announce I have a few options for that post-massage relaxed sleepiness!

☝🏼 option 1! I am pleased to announce some new massage time options! As many of you may know, I sometimes tend to run out of time, even during my two hour massage sessions! 😅 I find, the best work is done in the last 10 minutes of a 90 minute massage, as I feel tissue is finally relaxing and allowing me to work with it! I am coming into my own as a massage therapist, and I am done fighting against what I feel is meant for me! I love working with less time restraints!

⏰ so, on top of my regular timed massages, I now offer premium times of 105 minutes (1 hr 45mins) at $150, 120 minutes (2 hr) at $175, 150 minutes (2.5 hr) at $245, and 180 minutes (3 hr) at $295!

✌🏼 BUT! Option 2! Because I get it!! Vegetables are $5000 these days and money is tight! If you’re on a budget but feel like you still need some “me-time” to relax after your massage, I’ve got you covered! How many times have you left a massage and just wished you could stay on the table and nap? (Every. Single. Time.) 😆 introducing the SNOOZE button! You can add on time after your massage to take a nap on my extra wide table! I leave the table warmer on (or off!) and the relaxing music playing while you cozy in with the blanket and a pillow, if you need, for $1/minute! I leave the room and knock on the door to wake you up once your time is up 😴 and no worries, if you booked a half hour nap and only used 15 minutes, that’s all you’ll be paying for!

🌱 What an incredible, whirlwind of a year 2025 has been! I had some life-changing life changes this year and a massive growth phase! I feel so blessed and grateful to be here, on this planet, right here, right now!

🚌 As most of you may know, I started a second job as a school bus driver for HPSD in late December 2024. I ultimately ended up with a great route and even greater kiddos, who I’ll surely miss over the summer! BUT! Today is the last day of school! It feels almost illegal to know I’ll be having the summer off! (Much excite!!!) which brings me to my next point!

🎉 While today is a celebration of sorts, (yay no school!) I will still be working full time doing massage! I will begin to offer mobile massage, as well as my hours of 7am-7pm, and select Saturdays.

🪩 I missed North Country Fair this year, but I will be attending The Womp as a vendor with my table, so get ready to treat yourself to a massage after dancing all night! I may also be doing a few other events, so stay tuned for more info!

🤐 I realize I haven’t spent much time updating or informing anyone on social media, as I’ve been busy busy with driving bus and massage these past few months! I will be on here more regularly to let you all know my availability and whatnot! Thanks for reading if you made it this far, I salute you!

If you’re dealing with shoulder pain or limited overhead mobility, there’s a solid 90% chance that I would recommend hanging for you on a regular basis.

Oooof. I have NEVER been this sick before. The congestion has been unreal. I cannot breathe, and I thought I would be better by now! I usually never get sick this long, so I’m hoping that I get better asap! Because rescheduling everyone has been a nightmare.

My apologies to everyone wanting to get a massage right now! Please drop your BEST decongestion advice below for me so I can get better NOW!!

I must now impose a new boundary as well, I used to work on people that showed up and said “sorry, I’m sick but I’m almost over it” between driving the school bus, and allowing sick folks into my home (regardless of where they’re at in their sickness journey) is going to lead to chaos and me being sick too often.

SO PLEASE! If you are sick, cancel. I will waive the cancellation fee, of course! I WILL turn you around at the door if you tell me you are sick! I promise I’ll rebook you in asap once you feel better!

Just a heads up to all my lovely clients! I have caught one of the bugs going around. Now that I’m driving school bus, I am routinely having kids cough in my face and spreading allll the cooties 🤣 my immune system can’t quite keep up!

So I have rescheduled my Monday clients, and tentatively might be rescheduling my Tuesday clients as well, we will see how I feel after tomorrow!

Just wanted to update everyone, if you booked online and I haven’t accepted it yet, it’s because I may have some rearranging to do first!
