As part of her PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) program, our pharmacist Nicole is starting a social media project called Pharma Phacts with Nicole, RPh.

She will be sharing weekly Phacts about medications, vaccinations and your health.

🚀 Just two weeks until the official launch of Pharma Phacts with Nicole, RPh!

Each week, I’ll be sharing a new topic—starting with the fantastic suggestions I’ve already received from you. Thank you for the ideas and the support!

Before we dive in, I wanted to take a moment to introduce the Nicole behind Pharma Phacts.

I’ve been a practicing pharmacist for nearly 18 years, graduating from Dalhousie University in 2008. My career has been rooted primarily in community pharmacy, with additional experience in primary care and long-term care settings.

I’m currently enrolled in the PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) program at Memorial University, with plans to graduate in 2028.

Today, I work as a Pharmacy Manager and Clinic Pharmacist at Shoppers Drug Mart in Glace Bay.

With my experience, commitment to life-long learning, and dedication to evidence-based practice, my goal is to bring you accurate, current, and accessible health information—right here on Pharma Phacts.
