I have been growing and trusting in my spiritual path and guidance. Having the opportunity to share what I love and what brings my life such joy is an amazing blessing!! This discovery and the uncovering of my ability to communicate with those that have crossed over has not been an overnight occurrence and truthfully a bit of a surprise! But what an amazing opportunity to help understand and spread healing to others! It really caused me to dig deep and confront a lot of baggage I was carrying around. Resulting in deep healing for my soul. Having children really enhanced this connection for me. Truly they are miracles. I have always had a strong intuition but did not always follow it. Life is all about learning. I don't have all the answers but I may have some so please feel free to message me. It’s time to choose differently. A new way of eating will give you more energy, greater health, clarity and stronger alignment. See how spirit didn’t say, make you a certain size that society told you to be. This year, make choices that affect how you feel. You have this amazing vehicle, your body, getting you around in this life. Let’s take care of it, love it and give it fuel that will make it run better. Think, life force energy, did the sun or earth touch this? It’s not about condemning for past choices, is about making different choices in the now and keeping it simple moving forward!

New day, new year, new energy, new beginnings. Feel it or not, you are in a new chapter. A chapter where you are the author. The guides encourage you to sit with intention today. Leave the struggle in 2025. Reclaim your hope and wonder. Your new experiences and new beginnings are supported. You are in flow with the current now, not against it. Let yourself flow. Whether you are wanting connection, love, financial security, stability, home, contentment and/or peace. You are in the flow towards it. Intentionally release the old. You can meditate, smudge with sage or other cleansing herbs, open your windows, cleanse your body with Epson salt or sea salt, dance, connect with nature, journal, or releasing ritual. Be mindful. Honor the lessons you have learned over the last 9 years and walk into 2026 with your head held high. You are amazing. You are deserving. You are powerful.

As I sit here, soul tired, I too am grasping for the promises that 2026 whispers.

In my soul, I know it to be true.

I know I am not alone, it’s been a hard one after a sting of hard ones. I want to thank each and every one of you for following along and allowing me to do what I love the most. This work feeds my soul, and my family and I can’t do it without you.

2026 holds the key to unlock light, love, joy, success and expansion.

I am excited for us all to grow with connection, love and joy in 2026.

With the wrap of the year a lot of memories, emotions and lessons are bubbling up. You may feel a little lack lustre and not very hopeful that the new year and new energy will bring the light that is being promised. Change is inevitable, it is constantly happening. You have a choice to make here. Are you going to do what you can to welcome in the light or are you going to continue forward in the gray area? If you want to welcome in the light and do what you can you must start with your mindset. Change your thoughts and inner dialogue. Shift your focus from all that is wrong in the world to seek what is right. There is so much good everywhere but that is not being highlighted. Purge your media’s, clean house, no more consuming endless cycles of devastation. You don’t have control over everything that happens in life, but you do have control over your experience and how you show up in every season. Don’t be the one piling more hard and hurt onto yourself.

This is the beginning of a new emotional experience. One where you can show up intentionally and authentically. That is because of all the hard work you have done. You are protected as you move forward with an open heart. The dark days that you have survived created an isolated, closed down version of you, it was part of your human survival. Now there is an awakening where you will reemerge and those walls will start to come down. This is not to be rushed, it will take time, be present in it.
