I have been growing and trusting in my spiritual path and guidance. Having the opportunity to share what I love and what brings my life such joy is an amazing blessing!! This discovery and the uncovering of my ability to communicate with those that have crossed over has not been an overnight occurrence and truthfully a bit of a surprise! But what an amazing opportunity to help understand and spread healing to others! It really caused me to dig deep and confront a lot of baggage I was carrying around. Resulting in deep healing for my soul. Having children really enhanced this connection for me. Truly they are miracles. I have always had a strong intuition but did not always follow it. Life is all about learning. I don't have all the answers but I may have some so please feel free to message me. Hope is being renewed. Abundance is flowing. Goal seems within reach again, you are not delusional to think that. Trust what you are feeling. Keep your faith and have hope. Better is near.

What truly matters to you? When all the chaos falls away, and you can sit with self, what do you yearn for? It’s time to refocus your life. Trim away the unnecessary and focus more purposefully. We can waste so much of our life on stuff that doesn’t matter, then choosing to numb to find relief from the exhaustion and frustration. That’s no way to live. You have this amazing, intentional life that is a blank canvas. You are the artist, you get to create your best life! What does that look like for you? Take this message forward with you, reflect on your day to day. Trim away what doesn’t serve you. Discover what does and then create more of that! It will look different to everyone and yes there is a bit of trail and error, that’s the perks of being an artist of life, you can wipe that canvas clean whenever you feel is best and create again!

Make time to go within. You can do this by meditating, journaling, walking, drawing, gardening etc. The mind is in a manic cycle and it is important to slow it down and hear your soul not just constant chatter. Disconnect from stimulates, limit your scrolling, focus on restful and peaceful experiences and environments. It will feel foreign and even challenging at first, but stick with it. Your nervous system needs the break.
