Hi everyone,

With my Dad’s recent passing I’ll be returning to work and trying to get back into normal routine.

With the type of emotional and physical demands my job requires of me I am just a little nervous of how my return to work will look.

I guess what I’m asking for from my clients is Grace, and to have Patience with me during this time.

If I have to cancel unexpectedly or just don’t seem like myself when you come for your appointment I do sincerely apologize.

I’ve never experienced grief like this before, and I’m just trying to navigate it the best I can.

If you have appointments booked for Tuesday November 26th and going forward, unless you hear from me otherwise, you are still booked and I’ll see you then.

I appreciate you all and I know you’ll understand!

The reality of being self-employed.

Everyone else gets to celebrate having a snow day off from work/ school, while we have to stress about where to fit in the clients that have had to cancel due to poor road conditions.

The blue squares are the clients I need to try to reschedule into my already busy pre-Christmas calendar.

And if I can’t find somewhere to reschedule them to that’s a nearly $500 loss (can anyone afford that these days).

I don’t feel right charging missed fees for Mother Nature doing her thing, and by no means am I saying you should risk your safety to come to your massage appointment! Absolutely not!

I just wish self-employed folks could enjoy snow days like the rest, because I know I’m not the only one that feels overwhelmed!

P.s bend with your knees when shovelling not your back! Cause if you throw your back out, I don’t know when I’ll find time to fix you! 😋
