Our chiropractors, Dr. Dan Kay and Dr. Austin Van Heck provide thorough assessment and high quality chiropractic wellness care through advanced adjusting and rehabilitative techniques to ensure your body is functioning at its highest level. In addition to Chiropractic care, our Registered Massage Therapists Jennifer Walker and Andrea Webster, provide thorough care in a professional environment. Their individualized treatments range from relaxation to deep tissue massage. It is our policy to work together with our patients to achieve a complete and sustained level of well being in a timely manner. We take pride in helping all of our patients understand the condition they are dealing with and educating them on steps they can take to assist their recovery.

This Valentineโ€™s Day, consider caring for the heart that carries you every day โ€” your own. โค๏ธ

We often focus on connection with others.

Stress activates the sympathetic (โ€œfight or flightโ€) response โ€” elevating heart rate, increasing muscle tension, and shortening breath. Over time, that chronic activation can affect sleep, digestion, posture, and overall well-being.

Kay Harris Chiropractic and Wellness centre is a multi-disciplinary health facility located in Glencoe, Ontario dedicated to providing the highest level of care to patients of all ages. Our chiropractors, Dr. Dan Kay, Dr. Scott Kay and Dr. Jeff Harris provide thorough assessment and high quality chiropractic wellness care through advanced adjusting and rehabilitative techniques to ensure your body is functioning at its highest level. In addition to chiropractic, our Registered Massage Therapist Jamie Lynn Warwick provides thorough care in a professional environment. Her individualized treatments range from relaxation to deep tissue massage, and she is also trained in Hot Stone Massage. Jamie is in the office Monday and Wednesday afternoon. It is our policy to work together with our patients to achieve a complete and sustained level of well being in a timely manner. We take pride in helping all of our patients understand the condition they are dealing with and educating them on steps they can take to assist their recovery.
