Well friends I have been taking it easy lately as my left knee is kind of giving up on me. I am a survivor of my right knee for 19 years of pain. Now that it's rebuilt my left knee has had enough of playing the role as left and partial right knee. And guess why I HAD to wait. WCB yup!! It's been a struggle.
