Hi there! We have brand new yoga sessions starting this week - restorative yoga 7 pm tonight and gentle flow yoga tomorrow at 7 pm. A 4-week session in either restorative or gentle flow (1 class per week) is 45$. Please message me to confirm your spot!

Hi everyone! Yoga classes resume this Monday, January 12th. There's still some room in all classes. If you are wondering if yoga is right for you, come along and try it out. If you've never tried one of my classes before, your first one is free!

This time of year can feel a bit like being stuck in the mud (or snow). You may just need a reset. Movement can often help. Slowing down and starting from where you are without pressure is a good way to ease into something new. If you have questions about which class is right for you, send me a message.
