Results. Eight RCTs met the inclusion criteria; there was at least one acupuncture-induced change in a microcirculatory parameter. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that conditions such as the common cold, influenza, COVID-19, and even COVID-19 vaccines are all caused by invasion of the body by pathogenic cold factors. These conditions are considered to carry negative energy and can lead to congealing of bodily fluids and blood, as well as blockages in the circulation of Qi and blood, resulting in obstruction of the meridians. Among these, COVID-19 and COVID-19 vaccines are deemed particularly potent, as the spike protein they contain is considered by Chinese medicine to be the coldest of cold pathogens, capable of directly causing blood coagulation. Until better specific drugs are developed, regular acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine treatments to promote the circulation of qi and blood may be a favorable option.

A Literature Review of Women's S*x Hormone Changes by Acupuncture Treatment: Analysis of Human and Animal Studies

the results, overall studies showed that acupuncture increases estrogen, especially estradiol, progesterone, prolactin, and other hormones. Estradiol level was increased in most of studies except 3 studies which resulted in decreased level or not meaningful change. Two studies showed increase of FSH and LH whereas it was decreased in other studies. Other hormones were mostly increased by acupuncture.
