Hello!! I hope everyone is enjoying the summer!!
A few quick updates:

1. Online booking is now up and running for currently active clients!! Simply sign into your JaneApp profile to access the booking schedule.

No availability showing for the next month??
Add yourself to the waitlist and receive notifications of upcoming cancellations. It’s a quick, easy and efficient way to book through cancellations.

Please contact me directly if you are having any difficulty signing into your account or if the “book an appointment” prompt is not displayed on your profile.

2. Rates for 2025 and 2026: there will be no rate change through the remainder of 2025. A rate increase up to $10 per treatment duration is expected in 2026.

Here’s a quick update for the upcoming winter season and into the new year.

1. My schedule is currently open for booking through Feb and I will be starting to book March in the next few weeks.

2. I have a limited number of morning and daytime appointments available for new clients starting in February. Referrals are welcome and it’s recommended anyone who’s interested contacts me soon as spots will fill quickly.

3. I will be closed for my winter break starting Dec 23rd and reopening Jan 6th

Hey everyone. A quick fyi that my schedule is now open for booking through August. I will be closed for my summer break from July 31-Aug 11th.

Also, a reminder that effective May 1st the 60min appointment rate will be increased to $110.00

Hey everyone. Just a few quick updates to keep you informed:

1. Fee adjustment: Effective May 1st, 2024 there will be a fee adjustment to the 60min appointment. The adjusted fee structure will be as follows:

30min: $70.00
45min: $85.00
60min: $110.00
Rates include HST

I will provide a reminder notice closer to May as well.

2. My schedule is open for booking through June with limited daytime availability for new clients.

3. Starting in June 2024 I will be making some minor changes to my practice hours. I appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as I implement these changes and work to minimize disruptions in scheduling.

If you or someone you know is interested in scheduling an appointment, please reach out for availability options as they are limited. I’m happy to book off my cancellation list as well for anyone interested in that route.

Good afternoon everyone! My schedule is now open for booking Jan-March. I have made some adjustments to my hours and have space for some new clients starting in the new year. If you have any family or friends who are trying to find an RMT please feel free to pass along my info. Availability is primarily for morning/daytime appointments, but there’s currently one or two spots open for later aft/early evening.
Spots will fill up quickly so be sure to contact me soon if you’d like to schedule.

Good Wednesday morning everyone!! My apologies for not posting very often. Time just seems to get away from me.

I wanted to let everyone know that I will have a very limited number of morning appointments coming open into the new year for new clients. These spots will fill up quickly so if you know anyone who may be interested, please have them call or text me for further information.

My schedule has been set up for Jan-Mar and I will be sending out appointments to those who prebook over the next week or two. I will then officially open my schedule for new client bookings (morning availability only).

Lastly, I will be closed for the holidays starting Dec 21st and reopening Jan 3rd.
