Pilates: is about reeling it in! Training the body in a controlle

d and efficient manner. The core muscles are utilized in each exercise to allow the body to move more effectively and achieve results. Pilates is performed on a mat, Reformer, and can be used throughout your training regimes. JOGA: Can be tailored to all training levels! An athletic-based style of yoga that improves upon your mobility and stability in the body. Various breathing techniques are used to increase focus and performance in your particular sport or workouts. The principles of PILATES balance very well with the principles of JOGA. Classes, small group or individual training is offered in my home or satellite locations.

As a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor & Registered Health Professional you can guarantee your safety is of the utmost importance to me. All levels are welcome however, with injuries and our sedentary lifestyle sometimes we need a personal approach even in our group training. Please consider contacting me to book a private consultation to allow for your optimal movement and safety during the class.

Clients see improved results in their functional activities and Athletes alike see results in their sport. Classes range from therapeutic to fitness and restorative training. Private and group training may involve use of the Reformer, Foam Rollers, Yoga Tune Up Balls and more!!! Pilates: is about reeling it in! Training the body in a controlled and efficient manner. The core muscles are utilized in each exercise to allow the body to move more effectively and achieve results. Pilates is performed on a mat, Reformer, and can be used throughout your training regimen. JOGA: An athletic hybrid of yoga that utilizes what we know works for athletes in yoga, like the breathing and relaxation techniques blending it with the movement of sport through sequesnces that improve upon your mobility and stability in the body. Various breathing techniques are used to increase focus and performance in your particular sport or workouts. The principles of PILATES balance very well with the principles of JOGA. Classes, small group or individual training is offered in my home or satellite locations.
