We were kind of busy last Friday πŸ₯—

We spent the afternoon playing Nutritional Bingo (made by the Indigenous Diabetes Health Circle), sharing a fresh spring lunch together, doing seed swaps and just enjoying some good company and laughter.

It was a fun and meaningful afternoon of learning new things about nutrition and how different foods can help us better manage our health.

Grateful for time spent together, learning, connecting, and having a little fun along the way πŸ’›
