✨ Meet Dr. Viviane Girard ✨

Mountain enthusiast, body nerd, the gentle slow crafty type! She took a few years off of practicing Chiropractics to plant trees and work in backcountry lodges. She is humble and grounded, and also smart as a whip, and nerdy just like the rest of us! We are so happy she chose to join us at Unravel!
What inspired you to become a chiropractor?
A deep fascination with how intelligently the body is designed to heal — and the power of hands-on care to restore confidence, not just reduce pain.
Favourite area to treat?
Headaches and migraines. When there’s a musculoskeletal component, they can respond beautifully to care. Watching someone walk in hurting and leave already feeling relief? That’s the kind of impact she lives for.
What surprises people about you?
She genuinely geeks out over anatomy and biomechanics. Every case is a puzzle, and her curious brain won’t stop connecting the dots until it makes sense.
How do you reset?
Mountains. Climbing. Hiking. Journaling. Baking. Knitting.
Anything that brings her back into her body.
Dr. Viviane Girard blends science, precision, and meaningful connection — helping you not just feel better, but get back to what you love.

5 Years of Unravel+🤍

Wow. Five years ago, Unravel shifted from a one-woman space to two.

At the time, it felt wild — and temporary. It was only supposed to cover my maternity leave. But it was Kelsey… and let’s be honest, she was never leaving. My very first work wifey.

Fast forward five years, and we are now a multidisciplinary team of seven passionate, client-centered practitioners who truly thrive together.

Kelsey, I will forever be grateful that you took a chance on Unravel. What we’ve built has grown into so much more than shared treatment space — it’s friendship, trust, loyalty, and deep mutual support.

It is such an honour to be the one you call when your car battery dies, when your arms have turned into Popeye proportions and I am at your hospital bedside, or when you’re sick and stranded after the death of your vehicle - outside the gym. And it is an even greater honour to show up for you — and for our whole team — as your biggest cheerleader, your safety net, and your business/relationship mentor 🤣.

Thank you for taking that first step five years ago and helping Unravel grow into what it is today.
