Dental Administrator – Part-Time

Golden Dental Centre is looking for a part-time Dental Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident using computers, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. No previous dental experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate.

Position Details
-Permanent, part-time position
-Scheduled days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
-Additional shifts may be available to cover vacations or absences
-Wage: $23–$25 per hour to start, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
-Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service
-Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
-Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
-Processing payments and handling insurance plans and claims
-Maintaining accurate patient records
-Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate
-Is friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
-Is computer savvy and comfortable learning new software
-Has strong communication and organizational skills
-Is reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
-Remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Dental or medical office experience is an asset but not required. We are happy to provide full training for the right person.
