✨INTRODUCING RAPID DAY! ✨
Once a month I will start offering a RAPID ONLY DAY!
Just some notes 📝
-These treatments will be 15 or 30 mins and only offered to existing clients (new clients must book on a regular clinic day). 📆
-I will only be taking bookings for these special rapid days only a few days/week in advance and I will post here on Facebook so keep your eyes peeled 👀
-The purpose of these treatments is to help you til I can see you before your next regular treatment as I’m booking quite far in advance. 🙏
-And as much as I love chatting with you all I’m only taking a 5 min break between each client vs my regular 15 mins to try and get as many of you in as possible.
-If things go great/have a high demand for these rapid days I will consider doing more days a month in the future 😀

For those that ask all the time about should I use ice or heat give this a read! Heat is proving to be better 👏

If you’ve ever taken a class with us, you know we detest the use of ice for injuries or pain.

We in fact LOVE inflammation. Why? Because it is a non-negotiable part of healing.

At RAPID, one of our main goals in therapy is to reignite the inflammatory cascade in our patients to finally progress them to the next stage.
