Yoga Café Gore Bay

Yoga Café Gore Bay Yoga classes designed to feed mind, body and soul. I first started practising yoga in the year 2000,. I am now excited to bring yoga to the West end.

After that first class I felt so many things, peaceful, strong, relaxed, happy.....I knew I had found more than just exercise, I loved it! I have enjoyed practicing yoga for many years, and in 2011 had the opportunity to take a month in Spain to get trained with Frog Lotus Yoga international in Vinyasa flow yoga. Since, I have also done training workshops in post/ prenatal, beginner yoga, yin and restorative yoga. I worked with many amazing yoga teachers for four years at Myoga Sudbury. In 2015 we bought a country home and moved to beautiful Manitoulin Island. I wanted a name that would imply something you savour as much as really good chocolate or a good cup of tea/coffee, since yoga to me is more than just exercise, it is food for the soul! So the name Yoga Café Gore Bay. I hope you will come try some yoga and love it as much as I do. Pam Wiwchar
New update is I’m pleased to be joined by Brenda Brizuela recently trained (2021) creative,gentle and fun yogi. We are now running our yoga classes out of her new massage space Jaguar Spirit.
