WE’RE HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Valley Healthcare is growing and looking to add 2 experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to our multidisciplinary medical clinic.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-clinic shifts and work-from-home days, based on operational and patient care needs.
You’ll work alongside physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers providing patient-centred care to a diverse and often complex population.
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse with minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Proficient in phlebotomy
• Experience with Intrahealth EMR considered an asset
• Moderate proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Physically and mentally capable to meet the demands of the role
• Highly reliable with consistent attendance and professionalism
• Hybrid work requires a reliable home workspace and the ability to transition seamlessly between clinic and remote duties
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-based environment
