“Develop Your Intuition – Level 1 (DYI‑1)” workshop

I am excited to be offering this workshop at Hensall House Spa and Boutique on Sunday May 31 from 9 am- 3 pm .

It is a transformative 6‑hour workshop where you’ll learn what intuition truly is, how it works, and what dims or disrupts it. We explore vibration levels, grounding techniques, and the personal blocks and triggers that can cloud your inner knowing.

You’ll also learn to recognize your unique style of intuition — how you naturally receive intuitive information — and what you can do to strengthen and develop that style with confidence.

Throughout the day, you’ll move between learning and intuitive play, practicing each concept as you go. A guided meditation helps you drop into a deeper, more receptive state where intuitive insights become easier to access. The workshop is designed to be experiential, engaging, and full of those surprising “I totally felt that” moments.

Past participants have described DYI‑1 as eye‑opening, confidence‑building, and even life‑changing as they begin to trust their inner guidance in a whole new way.
