🤯🤯🤯 ~ wow‼️

I just finished up my second 3 Day Reset and .
There’s about 12 pounds difference between the two, but above that SOOO many inches. Most importantly though, I feel SO good!
I’m sleeping better.
Feel way less bloated.
That postpartum “blah” feeling is gone.
I’m not craving junk at all.
My skin has cleared up.
I feel more mental clarity. (Less mom brain 🤪)
I could go on and on. Before doing my first reset since having Trace, I really was just super uncomfortable with the way I felt. I know it takes time to get back to feeling “yourself” post baby, but this third baby has been different. It’s been much harder, I feel, to start losing some baby weight. I also tend hold on to weight while breastfeeding, so that added on has made it extra difficult.
Needless to say, I feel like the Reset was a win for giving my body the jumpstart it needed.
