Many of us experience stress, low motivation, or feeling “stuck” in daily life, which can affect our mood and energy. While challenging, these moments also offer a chance to build new skills and reconnect with what supports our well-being.
This week’s session is focused on Setting up for success using behaviour activation.
Together, we’ll explore:

✔️ Using behaviour activation strategies to break the cycle of withdrawal and disengagement.
✔️ Building practical, everyday tools to support motivation, coping, and emotional well-being.
