Zucchini Noodles with Shrimp and Basil Dressing / Nouilles de courgettes aux crevettes et sauce au basilic 🍤🥒

Light, delicious, and packed with flavor – perfect for a Sunday lunch or dinner!
Légère, délicieuse et pleine de saveurs – parfaite pour le déjeuner ou le dîner!

📌 Tip : Make the dressing ahead of time to save a few minutes.
Préparez la sauce à l’avance pour gagner quelques minutes !

Ingredients / Ingrédients:

2 Cups Fresh basil / 2 tasses de basilic frais

1/3 Cup Chopped walnuts, divided / 1/3 tasse de noix hachées, divisées

2 Garlic cloves / 2 gousses d’ail

1 Shallot / 1 échalote

1/4 Tsp Red pepper flakes / 1/4 c. à thé de flocons de piment rouge

1/2 Cup SFL Extra Virgin Olive Oil / 1/2 tasse d’huile d’olive extra vierge SFL

1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar / 1 c. à soupe de vinaigre de vin rouge

1 Lemon, zested / 1 citron, zeste

1 lb Shrimp / 450 g de crevettes

5 Zucchini / 5 courgettes

1/2 Cup Cherry tomatoes / 1/2 tasse de tomates cerises

Salt & Black pepper / Sel & Poivre

Parmesan, for garnish / Parmesan, pour garnir

Directions / Préparation:
1️⃣ Make the dressing / Préparer la sauce: Blend basil, 1/4 cup walnuts, garlic, shallot, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, and lemon zest until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Toast remaining walnuts / Faire griller les noix restantes: In a skillet until golden.
3️⃣ Cook shrimp / Cuire les crevettes: Sauté with olive oil, season, then toss with 2–3 Tbsp of dressing.
4️⃣ Prepare zucchini noodles / Préparer les nouilles de courgettes: Sauté 1–2 minutes, season, toss with 2–3 Tbsp dressing.
5️⃣ Combine & serve / Mélanger et servir: Toss noodles, shrimp, and cherry tomatoes. Top with toasted walnuts and Parmesan.

• 1 bag tortilla chips / 1 sac de chips de tortilla

• 1 cup diced tomatoes / 1 tasse de tomates en dés
• ½ cup black beans / ½ tasse de haricots noirs
• ½ cup corn kernels / ½ tasse de grains de maïs
• 2-3 sliced green onions / 2-3 oignons verts, tranchés
• ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro / ¼ tasse de coriandre fraîche, hachée
• 1 diced avocado (or guacamole) / 1 avocat en dés (ou guacamole)
• ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional) / ¼ tasse de yogourt grec nature (optionnel)

Instructions / Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). / Préchauffez le four à 375°F (190°C).

These Carrot Cake Energy Bites are here to satisfy! Packed with nutrients and fall flavors, they’re the perfect treat.

Ingredients:
1 Cup — Rolled oats
3/4 Cup — Carrots, finely shredded
1/2 Cup — Dried mulberries
7 — Medjool dates
1/4 Cup — Water
1 Tsp — Pure vanilla extract
1 Tsp — Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp — Ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp — Ground cloves
Shredded coconut

Directions:
1) Blend oats in a food processor until you get a fine consistency like flour. ,
2) Add in dried mulberries, pulse a few times to break them up.
3) Add carrots, vanilla and spices.
4) Slowly add dates and water.
5) Roll dough into balls and roll in shredded coconut.

Freeze for 2 hours and Enjoy!
*Makes 16-20 cake bites*

Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A, crucial for thyroid hormone production and overall hormonal balance.

👉Pro Tip: The Darker the flesh of a sweet potato, the more beta carotene in it, which is a precursor to the antioxidant Vitamin A!

Here is one of our favorite sweet potato recipes:

Sweet Potato Chips!😋

INGREDIENTS:
3 Cup — Sweet potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tbsp — Extra Virgin Oil
1/2 Tsp — Garlic powder
1/4 Tsp — Dried thyme, crushed
1/4 Tsp — Dried oregano, crushed
1/4 Tsp — Cayenne pepper
Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 350F degrees

2) In a large bowl, stir together the oil, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper and pepper

3) Add the sweet potatoes and toss gently until well-coated

4) Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp and light golden brown

These Apple Cinnamon Muffins hit the spot—warm, cozy, and packed with simple, wholesome ingredients. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or tossing in the freezer for later.

🍎 Apple Cinnamon Muffins 🍎

Ingredients:
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup milk
• 1 egg
• ½ cup mashed banana
• 1 large apple (peeled, cored & diced)

Directions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix oats, baking powder, salt & cinnamon. Stir in milk, egg & mashed banana. Fold in apples.
3️⃣ Grease muffin tin, fill cups almost to the top, and bake 20–25 mins until set.

Store in the fridge or freezer for quick grab-and-go goodness!
