MEET THE STAFF MONDAY 👋🏼

Say hello to Patsy Boone! Patsy joined our team as a sales clerk in June 2020. Patsy has a great deal of retail experience, as shown by her friendly customer service skills, as well as the number of people she knows!

Patsy is known for her top notch cleaning skills. When you see her at the pharmacy there's a good chance she has a cleaning cloth or bucket of water in hand! 🪣

When asked what her favourite part of working at Grand Falls Drug Store is, Patsy says, "Meeting people everyday because you always get to have a laugh. And the times when we all go out for brunch or to the Dinner Theatre - it's nice to sit down, have a chat and catch up."

When Patsy isn't busy working she enjoys taking care of her sweet animals, and spending time with her family and friends - especially her precious little grandson. 🐶

We are so lucky to have Patsy on our team!

MEET THE STAFF MONDAY 👋🏼

It's been a while since we've introduced ourselves, and we have some new, and familiar, faces! So, over the next several weeks, we're going to introduce you to each of our team members.

First up we have Pauline Hannam! Pauline joined our team as a sales clerk in January 2021. While this is not Pauline's primary full-time job, we are happy to have her work with us a couple evenings a week.

Pauline has a keen eye for decorating and she is often the source of many of our beautiful giftware and home decor displays throughout the pharmacy!

When asked what her favourite part of working at Grand Falls Drug Store is, Pauline says, "I love the interaction with the customers, staff and management. And I am very grateful for the care and concern shown by all staff when my husband had a heart attack in 2022".

When Pauline isn't busy working she enjoys spending time with her precious grandkids. 👩‍👧‍👦

We are so lucky to have Pauline on our team!

As Pharmacy Appreciation Month comes to an end we would once again like to thank all of our amazing employees who make our day-to-day pharmacy operation possible ❤️

We would also like to thank all of our wonderful patients and customers for supporting us and trusting us in caring for them.

And finally, we would like to acknowledge and thank all of our fellow healthcare professionals in every field - we appreciate you!

The month of March is pharmacy appreciation month 💊 and we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge our incredible team here at Grand Falls Drug Store 🤩

Our staff members are extremely hard working and very dedicated to their role in providing the best care possible for our customers and patients.

We are SO proud of our team and everything they do every day. To show our appreciation and have some fun together, this past weekend our team enjoyed a night of bowling at Exploits Lanes 🎳 followed by some delicious food at Lefty's Pizzeria & Lounge 🍕

Remember to drop by the pharmacy tomorrow, March 26th from 10AM - 3PM or 7PM - 9PM for our Diabetes Clinic Day!

We will be providing blood glucose readings 🩸, medication reviews 📋, blood glucose monitoring training 📱, and discussing diabetes-friendly nutrition 🥦 during the day from 10AM - 3PM!

During the evening, from 7PM - 9PM, we will be holding a special insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring (blood sugar sensor) Q&A training session‼️
