OCCUPATIONAL REHAB
We offer extensive, injury specific rehabilitation programming for injured workers. We are aware that injuries can occur for a variety of reasons and consider all aspects of the person/lifestyle when developing a plan that works. We also include teaching as part of our rehab program because we believe that knowledge is the key to success. We teach healthy lifestyle and life long prevention to or clients. PHYSIOTHERAPY
We offer treatment for a wide range of physical challenges including sports injury, work related injury, motor vehicle accidents, and various orthopaedic conditions. Treatments consist of various electrotherapy modalities, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education. We are also skilled in the ancient Chinese therapy of Acupuncture. MASSAGE THERAPY
LiveFit also has Registered MassageTherapists on staff who can provide traditional soft tissue massage techniques including myofascial release and cupping to treat various injuries as well as chronic conditions.

Hey all!!! Another friendly reminder to CANCEL your appointment if you cannot make it!!!! We have a lot of patients who would gladly take it for you!

We've had 6 no show appointments in the last 2 months. With a VERY long waiting list for an assessment, this is very unfortunate. Patients are called the day before an assessment to confirm their appointment but we don't always reach them and of course cannot give away the appointment unless they cancel.

National Physiotherapy Month is celebrated in May every year. With summer just around the corner, May is always a perfect month to start physical activities and exercises. Physiotherapy is for illnesses or aches, or any persistent body conditions that require treatment besides medicine. This month is celebrated in honor of the doctors and professionals who provide physiotherapy. It also acknowledges how important they are to people.

We have a whole month to celebrate Justin, Perry, Sonja and Stephanie!!!
