A little citation for diabetes:
We think aww it won't happen to me i won't get gangrene i can control my sugar but in reality you eat a little chocolate here and a sugar coffee there and lots of pasta, well all these can really increase your glucide. We need glucide for our body but in moderation right.

Your gonna say what's that has to do with my feet??
Diabetes causes poor circulation and poor circulation can bring gangrene and sores on your feet.

You will see here below a picture how it starts and it can lead to amputation.

From that said feet are important and is your foundation please take care of them😊❤️

Of course hrs varies these are summer hrs which will end soon will advise when changes are made ty😊
