🎃 Happy National Pumpkin Day! 🎃 Pumpkins aren't just for carving! They are packed with nutrients and are great for your health. 🎃 DIY Pumpkin Foot Scrub & Mask
Get soft, smooth feet with this fall-inspired treat!

You’ll need:
½ cup pumpkin purée (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp brown sugar (gentle exfoliation)
1 tbsp honey (natural moisturizer)
1 tbsp coconut oil (deep hydration)
Optional: a few drops of vanilla or cinnamon essential oil for that warm autumn scent

How to use:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until blended.
Soak your feet in warm water for 5–10 minutes to soften skin.
Massage the pumpkin scrub onto feet in circular motions, focusing on heels and rough spots.

Leave on for another 5–10 minutes as a nourishing mask.

Rinse with warm water, pat dry, and finish with your favorite foot cream or a cozy pair of socks.
Tip:
Do this once a week for baby-soft, fall-ready feet! 🍁
