This series is designed with the prenatal body in mind. A gentle series of yoga poses to help with mobility and strength during pregnancy. Birth support persons and friends also welcome.

New this year is a PWYC (Pay What You Can) or sliding scale option! Participants will be asked to confirm attendance on the day of class and need to bring your own mat, yoga bolster (if you have one), and water each week.

Please speak to your health care providers before starting any new fitness program.

UPDATE 💛 unfortunately, we did not receive 😔 enough registrations to move forward with this session. I think the consensus is, that it is hard to commit to the full 6 weeks close to the holidays.

But stay tuned! I will do a few stand alone classes to help with holiday stress!!💙 M

Excited to announce for the next session we need a little more space! Spaces are limited! First come, first signed up.

Grand Valley Hatha Yoga will be at FIT Clinic - Functional Integrity Therapies in Grand Valley for this session.

Let's ground, move our bodies in gratitude, practice pranayama, and asana together this fall.

Can't wait to practice yoga with you this fall!

Session starts Nov 7, and runs every Friday evening from 6:45-7:45pm.

New and returning students welcome.

*Remember to talk to your doctor before starting any new fitness regime.*
