My passion for helping people was born out of my own pain-filled life. I’ve spent most of my life in emotional, physical, mental and spiritual pain and now enjoy helping others end their own.

Being in pain isn't necessary.

Pain isn't a life sentence.

Ending pain is possible when you remove the energy block(s) behind that pain.

Think of it as removing a beaver dam from a blocked river. Your energy in this scenario is the river, while your pain is the dam.

Well, what about the beaver?

The beaver represents your emotions that caused the block to form in the first place.

Emotions are energy. Your emotions become trapped within your body when you don't address them, building a dam that blocks your energy flow.

When enough emotions pile up in your energy river, you experience pain, dis-ease and feeling limited in your beliefs.

Why is pain so hard to get rid of?

With so many therapies, techniques and health practices out there, why isn't pain less of a problem?

All pain, big or small, is caused by stuck energy.

Pain won't end unless the stuck energy causing that pain is removed.
