😜 Let's be honest. Hip flexor and subscapularis treatments are not everyone's favorite.... but they are SO beneficial!
But they also don't have to be *that* aggressive. We can work within your pain tolerance! If a therapist ever tells you to "bare through the pain" and won't ease up.... 🚨🚩 Red flag!
Your body, your choice. You let us know if a treatment is too painful or if you can handle more pressure.
Note: subscapularis (under the shoulder blade) work is SO helpful for back pain, tight pecs, etc! And iliopsoas (hip flexor) work is great for hip & low back pain. 💥
