‼️ Student Massages are only $50 / hour, and all of our students are in 2nd Year!

*2nd-Year students are experts in relaxation techniques and are now learning advanced therapeutic techniques! Please keep in mind that they are STILL LEARNING! 👩‍🎓

**Students may only practice techniques that they have been TESTED ON! Their treatments will grow and advance each month based completely on where they are in the program.

***Student massages are not billable to insurance

💻 BOTH options are bookable online!

STUDENT THERAPISTS can offer Relaxation massages and SOME therapeutic techniques. This depends highly on where they are in their course. Note that Therapeutic Techniques are never guaranteed when booking with a student.

RMT's can provide both Therapeutic and Relaxation treatments.

🤓 Picture your pelvis like a bowl of soup. Your quads attach at the front, & if they are tight, they'll pull the front down, "dumping the soup" out the front.... but guess what? The low back muscles (namely the QL's) attach to the top of the back of your pelvis, and when they are tight....they also tilt your pelvis forward and "dump the soup out the front."

👀 This means that when the low back is tight, the quads are probably also tight (and vice versa)

👉 and to best treat your low back pain, we also recommend treating your quads! (In most circumstances). That way, we are ensuring that all the muscles that are pulling on the low-back are treated, giving you the most relief possible! 🙌
