Thank you to all who joined last night 🌙 This moon night was really special to me as my very first moon circle was 4 years ago on the Samhain Full Moon. That moon night changed my life and started my healing journey.
I am so grateful for these nights and this community. I am so proud of all of us for showing up open, willing to reflect and do the work on ourselves.
As I look back on my journey from where I started to now, I am blown away and so excited to see where the next phase of my journey leads.
What is a healing hangover?
This Full Moon is in the fiery sign of Aries, the archetypical warrior.
Facing the world with our fiercest persona is a habit for some of us. We spend such a large proportion of our lives in fight or flight mode that we literally exhaust our adrenals, deplete our spirits, and find ourselves running on fumes more often than not.
This is so ingrained in us that many of us have forgotten that we can give ourselves permission to let go of our white knuckled grip on life and allow ourselves to create safe spaces in which we can surrender to stillness.
I am ready for this the New Moon and ready for some of that Aries fire energy!
In the chakra system, Aries is associated with the solar plexus and is located in the abdomen and is said to be the source of self-belief, self-worth and power.
The solar plexus chakra is found above your navel and is all about YOU having the courage to step into YOUR power. It’s about refusing to be pushed around.
Name in Sanskrit: Manipura meaning lustrous gem
