📣 Flood Update – Scheduling Notice

We would like to thank all of our patients for their patience and understanding following the recent flood in our office.

Our team has been working quickly today to move our schedule around in order to accommodate everyone.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:
👉 If you have not personally been contacted by one of our staff members today to reschedule, your appointment will still remain as scheduled.

If you have been contacted, please call or text us (text preferred) so we can get you rebooked as soon as possible.

Dear Patients & Families,

We want to keep you informed that our office experienced a flood recently, which has temporarily reduced our clinical capacity. At this time, 3 of our assistant chairs are unavailable, leaving us with 4 out of our usual 7 chairs while we await construction and repairs.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a confirmed timeline for when repairs will be completed. As a result, we are currently re-scheduling orthodontic appointments into March.

We understand this is not ideal and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please be assured that this delay will not cause any damage or negative impact to your orthodontic treatment.

During this time, our team is working hard to accommodate all patients safely and efficiently. If you have an orthodontic emergency, we will do our best to see you. However, for the following concerns, we kindly recommend contacting your general dentist, as they may be able to assist more quickly:

-Broken brackets
-Long or poking wires
-Lifted or broken bonded retainers

We respectfully ask for your patience and kindness toward our staff as we adjust schedules and treatment flow during this temporary situation.
