Gentle Yoga with Adjustments
at ✨Love Life Hot Yoga✨

This 60-minute Gentle Yoga practice is a sanctuary for slowing down and coming home to yourself. The pace is soft and intentional. Moving through restorative postures and gentle flows designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring the body back into harmony.

With hands-on adjustments and mindful guidance, you’ll be supported in finding comfort, alignment, and deeper relaxation; allowing your nervous system to unwind and your energy to settle.

Each session is created to help you reconnect with your breath, open your heart, and rest in the stillness within.

Always ending with a deeply soothing savasana to integrate, receive, and simply be.
Leave feeling grounded, nourished, and at peace.

Detox Flow at ✨ Love Life Hot Yoga ✨

This 60-minute Detox Flow is a full-body energetic reset. Class pace varies - we go with the flow. Moving between slow, stretchy, grounding and a mid-paced flow that builds inner fire, gets a little sweaty and releases tension and stagnation as we go.

Through twisting, compression, and intentional breath, you’ll massage your internal organs, support the body’s natural detox pathways, and clear out what’s ready to be released; physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Each session is designed to help you shed old layers and return to yourself - lighter, freer, and glowing from within.

Always ending with a peaceful savasana to integrate the benefits of your practice, to soften, and to simply be.
Leave feeling renewed, refreshed and at ease.
