❤️Happy Valentines Day!
This morning, I made grain free, dairy free, egg free, and sugar-free crepes, and they turned out delicious.
The crepes are made with chickpea flour, tapioca starch, and oat milk batter, with some added cinnamon, ginger, and clove.
Inside is filled with frozen berries that I warmed on the stove and sliced banana.
The sauce on top is made with Daiya vegan cream cheese ( this stuff if delicous), oat milk, vanilla extract, and a little vanilla protein powder.
I really just threw things together, hoping it would work out... and it did 😁
