Cooking doesn't have to be complicated. If you want to make freezer meals with something like frozen sweet potato fries that's ok. Just make sure you're adding some healthy fats and protein along with them 😋

This meal was a huge hit and is also a good breakfast idea. This could be something your kids might eat because technically, they are eating fries, but its colourful and fun, and they are getting some nutrients with it.

Getting movement in does not have to be difficult.

Sometimes it can be as easy as laying on your floor watching love is blind while using resistance bands.

The import thing is that you do it. If 5 minutes is all you can manage to get in, GREAT- you got 5 minutes more movement than you would have if you didn't do it.

Exercise is such an important part of staying healthy, but for some people (me) its the hardest habit to maintain.

You would never know there was tofu in this smoothie bowl! Just make sure you use silken tofu.

This smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, and protein. A very well-balanced breakfast 👌

❤️Happy Valentines Day!

This morning, I made grain free, dairy free, egg free, and sugar-free crepes, and they turned out delicious.

The crepes are made with chickpea flour, tapioca starch, and oat milk batter, with some added cinnamon, ginger, and clove.

Inside is filled with frozen berries that I warmed on the stove and sliced banana.

The sauce on top is made with Daiya vegan cream cheese ( this stuff if delicous), oat milk, vanilla extract, and a little vanilla protein powder.

I really just threw things together, hoping it would work out... and it did 😁
