An up close look at our fascia. Fun fact my son thought it was Australian spiders webs.
Fascia doesn’t look like it follows a pattern here, but it does, it’s what holds us together. Sometimes though trauma makes it stay kinda stuck, like it holds together a little too well- not allowing the bit of flow through it. Pushing into the pain, can be the best way to work though it. And the ease that comes with that is like a breath of fresh air.
