All trimesters of pregnancy welcome.

Education is an important part of pregnancy and Birth! Be empowered with the knowledge of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, baby wearing and so much more.

A little about me: I have been a nurse for over 38 years, an International Board Certificate Lactation Consultant, Breastfeeding educator, Canadian baby wearing educator, prenatal/postnatal educator, doula, yoga instructor, Pilates Mat instructor.

Come join me, move your body, enjoy prenatal education and conversation.

Yoga helps to prepare for the birth of your baby, helps you come back to your breathe and empowers you to understand the power of the female body.

This is a 6 week series.
1.5 hr class starting with 45minutes of prenatal education and Conversation, 40 minutes of yoga flow. 🤰🧘‍♀️

It is time for another Family Yoga Class.
Join me March 14th at 1:30 for a Family Yoga class. This 45 min class will focus on the theme: I am unique. During our time together, we will explore what makes us unique and special while doing yoga, playing games, journaling/drawing and having lots of fun.

- March 14th at 1:30- 2:15
- Hosted at Buff Fitness 9602 115 St. Unit 103 (Use the back door)
- $30 for one adult and child. Each additional person is $5.
- For children 4 - 10 years old and their adults.
