Stress is simply an ingrained pattern in your brain.
A learned pattern playing out.
You can dismantle a stress response by interrupting it.
Be rude to that stress response and just interrupt it - stop it in its tracks.
It’s actually just a big bully in your brain taking over.
Just like all bullies, it’s coming from fear or lack of love.
A few examples of how to interrupt stress:
✨ put on feel good music and dance while you’re doing whatever you’re doing
✨ tap (eft)
✨ go for a walk and look towards the horizon, open up your perspective
