Feeling stuck?

It’s simply a sign that an old pattern is playing out on automation.

A situation that you one time told yourself “this specific situation is hard.”

And felt that situation being hard - enough times that it became a truth for you.

It’s your brain preserving energy 🧠👌

And until you decide otherwise, it will continue to feel hard.

Once something is done with repetition your brain begins to put it in the unconscious - and a habit or pattern is formed without you having to actually think about it.

To get unstuck you need to:

1. Pause, be still
2. Acknowledge and accept the situation, meet it where it’s at
3. Reframe, what do you want to be, feel and do differently?

This way you’re meeting the issue, creating space for it, and shifting it.

You create new neural pathways in your brain and have a new approach with your thinking and doing - creating a different experience!

You can shift how you feel and experience anything.

Your body goes into self healing mode when you enter a state of deep relaxation. The unconscious kicks in and you begin see creative solutions and next steps arise.

You can enter this state at any given time. You only need to create an intentional stillness and willingness to surrender into the moment.

You’ve got this.

Relationships are everything.

Let’s take a look at relationship energetics in motherhood for a moment.

💓 Your kids are looking to you for guidance and structure; are you creating that?

💓 Do you know your boundaries (your needs and wants) as a mom and are you communicating them lovingly? Are you reciprocating - what are your kids’ needs and wants?

💓 Are you living within the parameters of these boundaries, are you exercising self-respect and self-love by the follow through?

NOTE: Boundaries don’t have to be seen as a harsh or negative things, they’re simply guidelines we follow to keep the flow going - like the banks of a river, the water needs the banks to flow.

The prime time to reinforce positive and support beliefs is:

💫 right before you fall asleep
💫 AS SOON as you wake up

Pay attention:

💡What are you first and last thoughts
💡Are they supportive to you and your life, or are they unsupportive?

Be very intentional with what you’re telling yourself in this window.

🔑 practice feelings of gratitude to reinforce all the ways you’re supported - repeat daily the practice of gratitude and feel the shift.

To get out of a painful emotional state follow these steps:

1. Feel it long enough to feel it - let it move through you, don’t rush it - yet don’t dwell in it long enough that angry and fiery thoughts start to dominate the situation.

2. Get out of the burning house - what do you want to feel instead? Practice and embody that. Feel what it would feel like if you weren’t actually bothered by the thing. Practice holding that emotional state.

3. Once you’re ready - you feel calm, peaceful or at least neutral about it, go back into the situation with stillness, journaling or any reflective practice - I use hypnosis with my clients - and ask the why, ask they questions, ask what your next steps are.

This is how you move forward in your true power 🔥
