Your coverage under the CDCP will end on June 30, 2025

if you did not submit your renewal application by that date, your coverage will end on June 30, 2025.

You can still renew your coverage after the deadline, as long as you and your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) have filed your 2024 tax return and received your 2024 Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency.

However, you will likely face a gap in coverage and oral health care services received during this period will not be covered nor reimbursed. You will be informed of your new coverage start date.

🌑Welcome letters are accepted in place of cards for new patients
Private dental coverage
🌑People aren’t eligible for the CDCP if they already have access to coverage beyond a federal, provincial or territorial social dental program. There will be no coordination with private, employer or other such plans.
