A few days late but just wanted to say thank you to everyone who stopped by my booth, chatted and supported my little eclectic shop in 2025. You made my first full year as a local craft/event vendor a wonderful experience. Also thank you to all the other vendors who helped make me feel a part of the community. I can't wait to see what 2026 brings for Faint & Faery. 🌟🧚‍♀️

I recently had someone tell me about the tradition of Lima beans for luck tossed over yourself (or I suppose could also work it tossed on others) similar to the tradition of confetti. I have heard of rice in that context but not Lima beans. Think I might grab some regular bean seeds and put them in my pocket tonight, see how it goes. 😃

Today watching the sun rise, I felt hope. Even through the darkest, coldest days, the sun will rise with warmth and light. I hope everyone had a wonderful Yule and Winter Solstice. 🌌🌄
