GRIMSHAW – The Public Health Division in the Department of Primary and Preventative Health Services has been notified of a person with confirmed measles in the North Zone who has been in a public setting while infectious. Additional locations may be released if necessary

We just had our annual Seasonal Door Decorating Contest, and this year the big winner was one of our Social Workers (and Case Manager for the Social Prescribing Program).

Inspired by the Grinch, this door reminds us that when people feel connected, supported, and engaged, hearts really can grow – even if they’re two sizes too small!

The Social Prescribing Program helps older adults (55+) improve their well-being by connecting them to community programs, social supports, and meaningful activities. Making the right connection can make all the difference.
