At our March gathering, counsellor Kimberly Talmey will gently guide a conversation about vicarious trauma, community grief, and ways to care for ourselves while caring for others.

This is a safe, welcoming space to breathe and reflect.

We had the absolute honour of visiting the incredible team at the Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society today and stopping by their beautiful new space. 🌸

These amazing ladies do so much every day from providing compassionate support to patients and families facing serious illness, to creating programs that bring comfort, connection, and care when it’s needed most. They truly embody kindness, dedication, and heart in everything they do.

Thank you for all the love, guidance, and light you bring to the community, we are so grateful for you! 💛

We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who chose to come out and be part of this evening. Your presence speaks volumes. It takes courage to show up for conversations like this conversations that hold so much love, grief, and tenderness.

We are thankful for our partnership with Tiny Hands of Hope and for the brave voices who are sharing their stories. By coming together, we are helping break the silence that often surrounds miscarriage and infant loss, and reminding families in our community that they are not alone
