✨ Simple Mindful Breathing Exercises:
🌬️ Deep Belly Breathing
Place one hand on your belly and one on your chest. Breathe in slowly through your nose, allowing your belly to rise. Exhale gently through your mouth. This supports relaxation and grounding.
🌬️ Box Breathing
Inhale for 4 counts → hold for 4 → exhale for 4 → hold for 4. Repeat a few rounds to encourage calm, steady breathing.
🌬️ Extended Exhale Breathing
Inhale through the nose for 4 counts, exhale slowly for 6–8 counts. Longer exhales signal the body to soften and unwind.
