Update on my OURA ring!
I have really been loving my smart ring as it's been giving me a lot of insights on my health and how the changes I make to my supplement regimen and lifestyle affects me.
The cost of the ring was $480 at Best Buy and the yearly cost for the data membership is $90. Considering how valuable the information it provides is, I think it's well worth the investment.

The office will be closed for supplement pick up over the long weekend. If you need supplements please ensure to call the office to arrange pick up before Friday.
Otherwise we will see you next Tuesday with our regular pick up hours of 12:00pm-5:30pm 🙂
