🌿 The Body Remembers — and Yoga Helps Us Release 🌿

Our bodies hold stories — not just in our minds or hearts, but deep within our muscles, breath, and posture.
Every tension, every ache, every time we’ve held our breath through pain or fear — it all leaves an imprint.

Through yoga, we begin to soften those places.
With every inhale, we bring awareness.
With every exhale, we let go — of what no longer serves us.
The breath becomes our bridge between the physical and the emotional — helping us release old energy and invite healing back in. 💫

This November, I’m inviting you to join me for a gentle, heart-opening By-Donation Yoga & Bracelet-Building Workshop here in studio.
