Mother camel rejected her white calf, after giving birth, until a Mongolian song brought them back together...

The song is called Inge Khööslökh (ингэ
хеослех), khöös (ховс).

This is such a beautiful moment, Mongolian shepherd sings a beautiful song to a camel that birthed a white calf. The mother rejected the calf, so the shepherd sings this beautiful song to dissolve the belief of the calf being ill or weak and to strengthen the bond.

The first time I witnessed a toroidal spiral was during meditation while chanting mantras in a temple.

What appeared was a beautiful violet flame, moving in a clockwise spiral. It was unlike anything I had experienced before.

My heart felt open, in a compassionate loving composure. I was deeply focused, held in a loving and joyful atmosphere, fully present in the moment.

Since then, I continue to perceive this spiral during meditation. At times it shifts from violet to fuchsia. Sometimes, I can even perceive it with my eyes open.

I notice it during healing sessions, and during acupuncture when the third-eye meridian is stimulated. With open eyes, it resembles a heat mirage — like waves rising off pavement on a hot summer day — spinning gently in a circular motion.

To me, this feels like energy in motion: shifting, responding, and supporting healing.

Experiences like this have the potential to be experienced by others— moments of deeper connection, unconditional support, and inner clarity. Each person’s experience will be their own, but the potential for awareness and transformation is there.

It begins with presence.
It begins with choice.
It begins with taking one step toward a healthier, more conscious path.

In Buddhism, it is taught that we come here to experience and learn how to master the letting go of anger, greed/envy and ignorance. 💕

It’s so important to turn towards compassion and understanding and not towards a life of anger and hate.

After I completed my first course with learning the dharma taught by sages that are constantly in a higher frequency. I experienced a small blip of true Joy. When you are at that level of vibration, you experience knowing that everything is shaped by your perception.

It was an amazing and eye opening experience and solidified my confidence in ancient spiritual practices, the Dharma.
