To see how a true professional goes about the process of grinding it out to continue playing the game they love is something special. The downs come with the ups, the injuries and surgeries come with the wear and tear, but nothing can beat dedication, hard work, and a will to reach your goals. You have to fall in love with the process…and you better believe Tan The Man had fun every step of the way…from week 1 post operation…to week 16 of two training sessions a day and two icetimes a day…bag skating himself…do you want to have it?? Or do you NEED to have it??

We are so proud of you, Fritzy. 👊

King Jacko getting in some rehab and work after a broken collar bone. An injury isn’t an excuse to stop you from training…in fact…it means you should probably be training more. Seen a tweet from … you are rarely more than 25% injured (one leg/arm/knee etc) YOU CAN STILL TRAIN 75% of your body!
