We’ll start by chatting about your symptoms (what’s going on and how it’s affecting your life). Then, we’ll do a hands-on check to see how your body’s moving and where things might need extra help.

After that, we’ll go over what’s going on, why it’s happening, and how we can get you back to feeling your best.

Treatment might start right away with adjustments, muscle work, or some at-home tips. And don’t worry, we’ll keep checking in with follow-ups to make sure you’re feeling better and stronger every visit.
