❄️Cooler weather and indoor heating lead to increased tear evaporation, causing symptoms like burning, gritty eyes, or blurred vision. Alberta’s dry climate makes this even worse.

Here are a few tips to avoid Dry Eye!
🔹Stay hydrated!
🔹Consider adding a humidifier or air purifier in your home or office
🔹Consider the 20-20-20 rule (20 mins of screen time / 20 sec break to blink & look at distances 20 feet away)
