Hello! My name is Maryna and I am a Medical Herbalist in the Annapoli Royal area, Nova Scotia. I run the MareGold Herbal Health Clinic and provide personal medical consultations. I take a holistic approach focusing on the entire picture of a patient’s health including mental, social, physical and psychological wellbeing. This approach helps me to understand the underlying cause of the patient’s health issues.

I study a patient’s nutrition and diet, exercise and rest, and stress and energy levels in order to recommend the best path for a healthy way of living. After a consultation I develop a management plan and create herbal medicine tailored to each patient’s individual needs. My task is to help my patients achieve the optimal wellness at their current stage of life and maintain health in the future.
