Since I was 15 years old, I have struggled with PCOS is made me feel ashamed of my body. It is made me hate myself making me feel like I’m not worthy to be a wife a daughter and aunt but every day I fight, I fight to survive this disease.

Fitness and mental health are deeply connected — moving your body regularly can have powerful effects on your mind.i have been struggling with my mental health lately, having PCOS is hard, the one thing I want is a child and can’t have it, I see my friends and family all having kids and I’m happy for them but it’s killing me. So I use fitness as a way to let my pain out.
Today it was
Timed HIIT 1
Man maker - 20 seconds on/10 seconds off ×3
Lateral Lunge with Bicep Curl - 30 seconds on/15
seconds rest x2
KB Monster Walk- 1 minute

Today was a hard day my anxiety is about 15 out of 10, I couldn’t get out of bed most of the day.
This is something I go though. But tonight as my mind is thinking of a 10000 things I went and just workout for 30 mins with .

PCOS girlies, I know the struggle, the stigma the pain. Since I was 15 l’ve been struggling with PCOS and I’ve had to advocate for my health.
Which means a lot of doctors appointment, ultrasound, bloodwork and alot of driving to appointments. But I’m net going to give up # # # arrior # #
