Many of you may have already familiarized yourself with the latest statement put out by Health Canada regarding CDCP dental benefits. If you have benefits please inquire with them to make sure you are not one of the people that will be affected by any of their mistakes.
We are happy to accept CDCP dental benefits at our office, but please remember that the contract is between yourself and the benefit provider and we are simply providing services and submitting the billings to them. We are unable to know if your insurance status and coverage amounts until we submit the bill on your behalf after you have your appointment. If you need to know your coverage before your appointment please contact the CDCP plan and become aware of what the plan covers or does not cover for you.
