Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. is a non-profit organization that supports individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities. Mission: Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc.

We operate a Group Home, Supported Independent Living Program, A Day Program and the busy SARCAN Depot. ensuring value, dignity, & opportunity for all. Vision: Cultivating friendships, individuality & choice. provides support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and has since 1984. Funded by the Ministry of Social Services (Community Living Services Division), and Saskatchewan Housing Authority, Bon Ami’s group home provides a welcoming home-life. Each person seems genuinely happy to live in ‘their’ home. The supported independent living program (SIL) provides daily support to individuals who live on their own. Participants are proud to maintain their independence. IPI/Prairie Industries offers two day-programs, social-recreation and a supported work program. Participants enjoy attending. Having fun, developing skills, and building friendships, day programs enrich lives. IPI/Prairie Industries is home to a busy SARCAN Recycling Depot. A Big-Thank-you to the Town of Gravelbourg for ensuring Bon Ami has a Transit Bus for its use. Your partnership is invaluable.

Looking for a job that’s fun, rewarding, and never the same twice? As a Disability Support Worker at Bon Ami, you’ll do everything from hosting Saskatchewan Roughrider parties on Sundays, to attending concerts and community events—while making a real difference in people’s lives!

Disability Support Workers support individuals with intellectual disabilities to live as independently as possible. Every day brings something new, and yes—you get paid to have fun while doing it!

💰 Starting wage: $21.40/hr
🎓 Training provided: PART (Professional Assault Response Training), Food Safety, WHMIS, STRIDE, First Aid & CPR, and more!

Requirements:
✅ Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
✅ Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Clearance

Casual Position: No guaranteed hours—help cover sick days, vacations, weekends, and stat holidays. Perfect for anyone looking for a flexible and rewarding career!

Susan and Melvin had an amazing time during their overnight trip to Moose Jaw this past weekend.
Our support workers always go above and beyond when planning special outings for the participants. This trip, the support workers arranged a surprise lunch date with one of Susan’s good friends, Maren! Both Susan and Melvin had an amazing time, shopping, soaking in the hot tub and hanging out in the hotel room! ✨🥳

ABOUT

Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. (IPI/Prairie Industries) provides services to adults with intellectual disabilities. It is a community-based, non-profit agency, which is funded by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services and has been since 1987. Person-centered services encompass a group home, day program, vocational program, and a supported living program. Prairie Industries is home to a SARCAN Bottle Depot, a division of our valued partner SARC. Referrals to all programs are made solely through the Ministry of Social Services - Community Living Services Division (CLSD) in Moose Jaw, SK.
