Muskoka Yoga Studio offers an extensive land & SUPYoga schedule updated regularly on our website. We are open all year long for our Yoga community. Studio classes offered: Gentle Flow, Power Flow, Rest & Relaxation, Yoga Therapy, Candlelight and Karma classes, we also specialize i

n the Yoga Warriors program for First Responders, Medical & Military Professionals. The program is designed specifically to reduce stress and encourage relaxation in participants who work in or have worked in high stress work environments. Our Floating Studio offers SUPYoga (Stand Up Paddleboard) & SUP Skills (learn to SUP) one on one and regular classes are available. We love corporate team building events, bachelorettes & private events. Our floating studio is up and running from May to September/ early Oct weather dependent. We will be on various Lakes throughout Muskoka and are fully equipped to travelling to your location. We are the only Studio to offer SUPYoga Certification in Ontario to other teachers, we are a leader in our industry.

** NOTE: All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers as well as SUPYoga Certified teachers. Tara is certified RYT 200hr, SUPYoga Certified, Yoga Warriors Certified, Personal Trainer, Aqua Fitness & Aqua Yoga Certified, Spin Certified. She is also a Certified Raw Chef.

This FRIDAY!!! and all online with pickup at the studio.

Friends I’m offloading our Yoga gear and other studio goods - mats, bolsters, jewellery, & selected crystals.

As many of you know with a babe in the house relaxation classes are no longer an option 🙈🤣.

So this summer the focus will be 100% magical SUP experiences & pop up Yoga sessions. There will be no more regularly scheduled classes at the studio.

I also have some kickass workshops and events planned!

Which will all be posted here 💗

So how this will work - I’m going to post the pics on Friday of what’s available. First to comment gets it and then must send an etrans Friday by 5pm to info@muskokayogastudio.com or it goes back up for sale.

Good Day Everyone!

Thank you so much for all of your LOVE and support over this last year as we welcomed baby Hunter into our yoga family. The outpouring of kindness and words of wisdom has been a blessing I could have never imagined in my wildest dreams.

So here we grow into the refreshed Muskoka Yoga Studio and my offerings to you. It is now time for me to streamline all things business so that I can offer you my best.

The studio space will be used exclusively for workshops & events, I will continue to focus on Stand Up Paddleboarding & SUPYoga, I will also be offering pop up Yoga classes at surprise locations - so you are going to want to get on the mailing list or keep a close eye on this page.

As many of you know I launched The Soul Flow last year and have been doing private and group coaching as well as promoting my book. My intention is to merge The Soul Flow and its leadership content into all areas of my work which will include Muskoka Yoga Studio.

I've always seen Yoga and our studio as the gateway to transformation and this new work will speak to those of you who are ready to grow into your most POWERFUL self this year.

My personal vision is to empower and inspire 100 women in 2018 to increase their Health, Wealth and create a beautiful Legacy.
